PRICES
All prices are in euros (€) or dollars ($), including value added tax (VAT). Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity.
Despite the concern to provide the best up-to-date and accurate information, the price information may be incorrect. In this case, or in the event that the price of the item changes during the processed order, it will follow the departure from the purchase, and at the same time the buyer will offer a solution that will be to the mutual satisfaction. The sales contract with the bidder and the buyer is concluded at the moment when he confirms the order (the buyer receives an electronic report confirming the order). From this moment on, prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the purchase. Prices are guaranteed on the day of the order and are subject to change daily without prior notice.
ACCOUNTS IN DATA STORAGE
The price of the goods on the invoice is valid according to the price list that is valid on the day of ordering the goods. The invoice is received by the buyer in paper form upon receipt of the goods. All documents, order confirmation, pro forma invoice, in one copy we send the purchase in electronic form and / or in paper forms, and a copy on paper and / or in computer forms, which are kept at the company's headquarters.
All documents, pro forma invoices and bills are written in Slovenian.
DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
By confirming the purchase, you allow Ažur d.o.o. for the purpose of fulfilling or exercising the rights from the contractual relationship and for the purpose of informing, it is connected, manages, maintains and manages your personal data for an unlimited period of time. The provider ensures the protection of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No. 86/2004). The customer may at any time by e-mail request that we permanently or temporarily stop using his personal data for direct marketing within 15 days. We will notify you of the termination by email within five days of receiving your cancellation.
The provider undertakes that any personal data will be obtained in full in the last company Ažur d.o.o. and will serve only for the purposes of execution and delivery of the order and acquaintance with novelties in our online store. The personal data provided will never be passed on to third parties.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
The buyer has the following payment options:
1. Payment on delivery, cash on delivery. In this case, you pay the purchase price to Pošta Slovenije. * Applies only to Slovenia.
2. Payment by bank transfer. In this case, you pay the purchase price by bank transfer to our transaction account.

Product Classification
Most MIRA Safety products fall under Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) 1A004. Products with this ECCN include gas masks, filters, gloves, boots, hazmat suits, and PAPRs.
International Deliveries and Local Customs
Our international orders are shipped by Post of Slovenia. In accordance with our terms and conditions, we will not be held responsible for any duties, taxes or fees imposed by government agencies. When your order is delivered, a customs broker will engage you regarding collection of any outstanding fees before delivery takes place.
DISCLAIMER
Ažur d.o.o. according to its best possibilities, it ensures up-to-dateness and accuracy of data in the gasmaska.si online store. Product features, stock and price can change so quickly that the online store does not reflect the actual situation. The bidder undertakes to inform the buyer and allow him to change or cancel the order. We are not responsible for errors that may occur during the entry for an individual item (description of the item, price for the item or properties of the item) and we do not want to intentionally mislead the customer or. visitor, as we strive for accuracy and refreshing data for each item.

RIGHT TO RETURN GOODS
The cancellation of the order is subject to the provisions of the general terms and conditions and the applicable legal provisions on the return of goods.
The provisions of Article 43 c of the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) apply to the return of goods.
The buyer has the right to return the purchased goods within fifteen (15) days after receipt without any compensation.
However, the buyer is obliged to bear the costs incurred in returning the object of purchase. The buyer must notify the bidder in writing of the intended return no later than within 15 days of receipt of the goods, by mail or to the contact e-mail address info@azur.si. The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of sending notice of withdrawal from the purchase. Products must be unused, undamaged and in the original undamaged packaging. A copy of the invoice and a fully completed return form must be attached. The possibility of return does not apply to goods the subject of which is goods which have been manufactured according to the precise instructions of the consumer, which have been adapted to his special needs and which, by their nature, are not suitable for return.
If the consumer already starts using the article or the purchased product, or if he opens or assembles individual components for technical products, then withdrawal from the contract is not possible. The bidder returns the full purchase price no later than within 15 days of receiving the returned goods.
Return of damaged shipments, in case the package is physically damaged, lacks content or shows signs of opening, the buyer must initiate a complaint procedure with Pošta Slovenije or the company that delivered the goods. Do this immediately upon receipt, and fill out the complaint report.
RECLAMATION
The basis for the complaint is the absence of the features of the item promised by the seller.
The buyer can complain about the goods within 15 days of purchase and request the elimination of material defects within the statutory period.
In the event of a complaint, the buyer may, within the framework of legal provisions, request the elimination of a material defect, replacement for a faultless item or refund of the purchase price. In this case, the seller reserves the right to charge rent or wear and tear for the period in which the buyer used the goods.
The buyer can return the goods by mail at his own expense or at the expense of the seller. Return of goods at the expense of the seller is possible only on the basis of a written agreement. There is no other way to return the goods, we do not accept redemption shipments.
WARRANTY:
Please note the following points regarding the product warranty:
All MIRA Safety products have a standard 1-year warranty, which can be extended to selected products if you register your purchase within 30 days of receipt. You can register items at the web address.
To claim the warranty, we need proof of purchase with a date.
For the warranty program to be valid, the products must be purchased from MIRA Safety or from an authorized MIRA Safety dealer.
Normal wear, damage due to misuse, unauthorized after-sales changes to the product or negligence will void the warranty.
The warranty on MIRA products applies to the first buyer of the mask. Warranties are not transferable.
